We are currently seeking a Part Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our Leisure Centres in Keilor Downs and Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Customer Service and Sales Unit Manager, we are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor who can bring their skills and experience for:

  • Delivering industry best customer service systems, procedures and practices that are aligned to Council policies and practices
  • Leading the customer service team in achieving community first outcomes across Brimbank Leisure Centre
  • Maximising efficiencies across customer service processes and procedures
  • Building on a team culture focussed on creating memorable customer experiences and focussed on membership retention

To be considered you will have:

  • Local government and/or Leisure Services experience is desirable
  • Experience managing teams in customer facing roles
  • Development of systems, processes and efficiencies to maximise our interactions with customers
