ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Cricket NSW Performance Director, you will be responsible for:
- The technical development of fast bowlers across Cricket NSW male development programs
- The implementation of a consistent technical, tactical, and physical development framework aligned with the Cricket NSW Performance Department
- Providing technical support alongside the NSW Blues Lead Fast Bowling Coach to fast bowlers within the NSW Blues program
- Identifying and developing the next generation of NSW fast bowlers
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- Cricket Australia Level 3 Coaching qualification (or equivalent)
- Detailed understanding of contemporary fast bowling biomechanics
- Extensive experience and knowledge specific to analysis and coaching of fast bowling from a technical perspective
- Proven experience in coaching fast bowlers at a high-performance level
- Proficiency in the use of video and data analysis tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire athletes of varying ages and abilities
- High attention to detail with a growth mindset.
- A commitment to continued professional development
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or be willing to acquire the same
- First Aid & CPR certification
