How you can play a part
We’re looking for an Events Manager to bring bold ideas and seamless execution to our events program. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships & Events, this role is central to delivering standout experiences that strengthen our brand and drive revenue. From concept to delivery, you’ll lead the event initiatives across our Commercial portfolios, always looking for fresh ways to engage new and existing audiences. With a focus on innovation, collaboration and impact, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with the our members, fans and wider community.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Lead the development and execution of the Brisbane Broncos events strategy, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality experiences across all Club events including corporate, fundraising, hospitality, and fan focused activations
- Manage a diverse calendar of events, driving revenue and brand exposure through Broncos corporate and experiential events, commercial partner activations and major onsite initiatives
- Identify and implement new event concepts that grow the Brisbane broncos brand, expand audience reach and support commercial objectives
- Develop impactful event strategies and activation plans that align with brand and partner goals
- Collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams to ensure cohesive campaign integration
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, partners and stakeholder to support collaboration and maximise impact
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that bring event concepts to life leading the ideation and delivery of brand experience that capture audience attention and drive engagement

To be considered
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Minimum five years in end to end event planning and execution including brand led activations and stakeholder events
- Tertiary qualifications in events management, business, marketing or a related discipline (desirable)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, tracking financials, and delivering results driven events that align with the brand and business objectives
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across marketing and commercial teams to develop and deliver integrated brand experiences
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build stakeholder relationships and work dynamically in a fast paced environment
