This is a full-time, in-person role based in Canberra. You’ll work directly with the people behind some of Australia’s most advanced Defence systems - supporting both their health and their ability to perform under pressure.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and delivering best-practice wellbeing initiatives across multidisciplinary Defence teams
Mentoring and supporting junior staff while modelling clinical and professional excellence
Developing and refining content, programs and strategies that integrate movement, education and behaviour change
Providing targeted exercise and movement support tailored to the demands of complex technical roles
Working closely with stakeholders to embed a proactive, high-trust health culture across diverse teams
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy or similar
Minimum 5 years experience in performance, health or workplace wellbeing roles
Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
NV1 Security Clearance preferred (or eligible to obtain one)
Comfortable working independently in dynamic environments while supporting broader team goals
A balance of strategic thinking and people-first, on-the-ground engagement
