As a Casual Event Day Staff member, you’ll be part of a connected, supportive team that brings a wide variety of events to life, from community sport and charity events to major sporting events, motorsports and concerts. Applicants with a proactive, friendly, customer service focused approach are encouraged to apply.
Most shifts will be based around events so the preferred candidates will be available to work flexible rosters including day/night shifts and weekends (minimum 4-hour shifts available)
Key Tasks
As a Casual Event Day Staff member you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your tasks may vary from shift to shift and can include:
- Ushering
- Ticket scanning
- Prep Team (set up / pack down crew - weekday availability is required)
- Car Park Attendants; and
- Supervisors
No matter your specific duties on the day, you’ll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our clients and their guests.
About You
We provide full training, so what matters most is your enthusiasm for events and your passion for delivering exceptional service. To succeed in this role, you will:
- High work ethic, commitment to professional presentation and flexibility in the workplace and ethical practice.

- Experience in a customer service role or event related environment
