What You'll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers as they arrive! Deliver warm welcomes and lasting first impressions
- Handle customer enquiries, bookings, and payments using our digital systems
- Keep reception areas tidy, professional, and inviting
- Assist with customer feedback and help resolve issues with a smile
- Support daily admin tasks that keep our centres running like clockwork

- Package: $58,545 - $61,927 (full time equivalent) gross p.a. plus 12% super.
- Hours of work: Permanent part time positions available from 10 - 20 hours per week. Temporary part time position available 20 hours per week, expected to be available until May 2026. Shifts available depending on the varying operational needs of the Leisure Centres.
- Applicants must be willing to work hours across a 7 day a week spread, across all 3 Leisure Centres, operating from 5am - 9pm (Monday-Sunday). Applicants must be prepared to be available for one weekend shift per week.
