About the role

The role of a lifeguard is to supervise the aquatic space while proactively ensuring a safe environment in and around the pool area, whilst being able to anticipate and respond swiftly to issues which may arise. Lifeguards are required to ensure facility rules are being followed, educate facility users about safe practices and provide excellent customer service to all.

We currently have the following positions available to join our Venue Operations Team.

Position 1

Summer Roster at St Marys & Penrith

  • Monday : 5am-1pm
  • Tuesday 5am-1.pm
  • Wednesday 5am-1.30pm
  • Thursday 5am-1pm
  • Friday 5am-1pm

Note: Winter Roster at St Marys only TBC

Position 2

Summer Roster at St Marys & Penrith

  • Monday 9am-5pm
  • Tuesday 9am-5pm
  • Wednesday 9am-5.30pm
  • Thursday 9am-5pm
  • Friday 9am-5pm

Lifeguard shifts are across a variety of hours, ranging from 5am-10pm, including weekend work.
