We are looking for qualified tennis coaches with (5+ years) experience to conduct coaching for all levels of tennis from beginner to advanced tournament level players. Should hold a Level 1/Level 2 Tennis Australia or equivalent coaching degree from country of origin.
Are you enthusiastic, goals oriented, with a strong work ethic and a high level of commitment to tennis? Do you have a strong competitive tennis background showing proven success at high level tournament events and hold a National or International Ranking? If so, we may be a great fit!
This position requires availability:
- Monday-Friday, Mornings from 7am and Afternoons from 3pm onwards
- Saturdays 7am-12pm and later available
- Sundays available but not required
Applicant will be required to work 35+ hours per week
Qualification: Junior Development/Club Professional Tennis Australia Qualification or equivalent
Coaching requirements include:
- Private Lessons for Juniors and Adults from Beginner to Advanced
- Groups Sessions for Juniors and Adults from Beginner to Advanced
- Must have a strong understanding of the Hotshots Development Pathway (modified junior tennis program)
- Provide Performance Training Programs for Juniors and Adults
- Provide On-Court Tennis Fitness Training
- Facilitation and coaching of Kids Holiday Tennis Camps
This is a full time position with a minimum annual salary of $63,000. Any hourly rate or bonus will be negotiated based on applicants experience and qualifications.
We have sponsored many coaches over the past 20 years and are open to this again. To begin the sponsorship process however you need to be in the country which requires you to be eligible for a working holiday visa (upper age restricted 30-35 depending on country of origin)
