We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Intermediate Level WAG Coach to deliver high-quality coaching for our intermediate competitive programs, supporting gymnast development in a positive, inclusive environment.

The Role:
- Plan, deliver, and review sessions that develop technical skills and confidence.
- Support other coaches and programs as needed to strengthen the overall club program.
- Contribute positively to club culture, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Maintain clear communication with gymnasts, families, and the coaching team.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure sessions are run in accordance with Gymnastics Australia guidelines.
What You Bring:
- Relevant Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation: National/International qualifications are preferred for senior roles.
- Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience creating supportive and high-performing teams.
