Following significant growth across their membership, they are now seeking a Senior Lead On-Court Tennis Coach to join the team.
With multiple pages of members already on the waitlist, this is a rare opportunity to step into immediate demand and build a strong coaching base from day one.

The Role
This is a senior, on-court coaching role focused on delivering high-quality tennis experiences across our member programs.
You’ll work within a structured program led by our coaching leadership team, allowing you to focus on what matters most: great coaching, consistency, and genuine member connection.

You will deliver:
- Adult programs (beginner through to advanced)
- First-time tennis experiences for new members
- Junior coaching pathways (Hot Shots: Blue, Red, Orange, Green through to Yellow Ball)
- You’ll also have the opportunity to build a strong private coaching base within an engaged and growing membership.
- This is a role built around presence, professionalism, and pride in your craft.
What Makes This Different

- Strong casual rates: $45+$65/hr +super (based on experience), with clear progression available

Shifts could typically include: (but flexible)
- Mornings: 8:00am – 11:30am
- Evenings: from 4:00pm-6.30/7pm
- Weekends: Saturday mornings

- You don’t need to be a high-performance or head coach.
- What matters most is your ability to connect with members and deliver consistently great sessions.
Requirements
- Tennis coaching qualification (Tennis Australia preferred)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Police Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Strong on-court playing ability
- Additional qualifications (e.g. ATPCA) are highly regarded.
