Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
- Provide supervision and guidance to the Swim School Teachers to ensure the delivery of a safe, educational, and high-quality program.
- Communicate with swimmers and parents to ensure that they are informed of swimmer progress, and other matters relating to the program.
- Knowledge and development of changing rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to swimming.
