About the Role

We are seeking energetic, adaptable and passionate coaches to join our growing team delivering programs across remote communities.

While we are seeking applications for casual coaches to join our "Impact Team"  we are actively searching for the right person to step into our organisation on a Full-Time capacity. The role would involve regular travel and hands-on program delivery in schools and community settings. Not your average 9 to 5. Impact Team members have the flexibility to choose from programs as opportunities arise. 

We strongly encourage applications from candidates based within the Northern Territory, particularly those with an understanding of remote community environments and regional service delivery. However, we also welcome applications from passionate and experienced candidates across Australia who are excited by the opportunity to travel, engage with communities and contribute to meaningful youth and sports programs in remote settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging multi-sport and youth engagement programs
• Build positive relationships with participants, schools and community stakeholders
• Support safe, inclusive and professional program delivery
• Adapt activities to suit different ages, abilities and environments
• Travel to remote and regional communities as required
• Assist with program setup, pack down and operational support
• Represent High Calibre Sports professionally at all times

• Previous coaching, sport or youth engagement experience
