PTJ Muaythai Gym is a family owned and run business that has been in operation since 2009 in Gladesville.
Working closely alongside the Directors and coaches, the primary focus of the Membership Consultant is to assist with membership acquisition and retention, while providing a high level of customer service to the members who attend the gym on a daily basis. You will be the face of the gym, and for many people the first point of contact for new members.
This role will suit a highly driven, proactive, customer service oriented person who is looking to help us develop the role and the gyms. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with the coaching staff. You must be willing to make a high level of calls/messages to prospective customers who have opted in via social media campaigns as well as touching base with current members to assist with retention.
Alongside of the everyday running of the business, PTJ Muaythai Gym is known for housing some of the best Muaythai coaches and athletes in the country and is known throughout the world in Muaythai circles. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist the head coach / fighters in dealing with athlete registrations and fight promotions and work in combat sports events.
