Description

Bayside Gymnastics Club (BGC) is seeking an experienced Head Coach to lead our coaching team and program delivery as we move into a brand-new, purpose-built gymnastics facility at the Frankston Basketball and Gymnastics Stadium (opening early 2027).

About the role

As BGC's senior technical leader, you will be responsible for the quality, safety, and development of all gymnastics programs (KinderGym, Recreational, Pre-Squad, WAG/MAG Levels, Adult, All-Abilities). You will lead and mentor the coaching team, maintain GA/GV accreditation compliance, and manage BGC's competition calendar and team selection processes.

Essential

  • GA Coach Accreditation - Intermediate minimum
  • Current WWCC (Victorian)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience leading a gymnastics coaching team
