Wests Tigers has proudly competed in the NRL since 2000, winning our first premiership in 2005. Formed as a joint venture between the Balmain Tigers and Wests Magpies in 1999, we have grown into a strong and inclusive club committed to developing future generations of talent. In 2023, we expanded into the Telstra Women's Premiership, reinforcing our commitment to the growth and future of the game.
Our headquarters at the Zurich Centre, Concord Oval, house state-of-the-art training and administrative facilities. We exist to enrich lives across our community by being a modern, innovative and inclusive sporting organisation. The Opportunity
Wests Tigers is seeking applications from motivated and passionate individuals to join our 2027 Pathways Coaching Team. These positions provide an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development of emerging rugby league talent within one of the NRL's leading pathways systems.
Positions are available across both our male and female representative programs.
Male Programs - Head Coaches

Female Programs - Head Coaches

Successful coaches will be responsible for creating high-performance environments that support both player development and personal growth. Working closely with Pathways staff and other key stakeholders, you will contribute to the identification, development and progression of talented athletes through the Wests Tigers pathway system.
These are paid positions, with remuneration reflective of the role, time commitment and experience. Coaches may be engaged as contractors (ABN required) or part-time employees, depending on the nature of the appointment.
