We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Water Polo Coach to join our team for the upcoming 26/27 season. This is an excellent opportunity for coaches who enjoy working with students, fostering skills development, and helping teams achieve their potential in a supportive school environment.

In this role, you will work with students across a range of age groups, helping to build technical skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game.

Coaching Commitments

Year 9 (16s Team)

• Training: Tuesday and Thursday, 1:30pm - 3:30pm
• Game: Saturday (times vary, generally early - mid morning)

Junior/Prep School Skills and Drills

• Friday, 3:30pm - 5:00pm

What's involved...

• Plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate Water Polo training sessions
• Coach and support students during weekly games and program activities
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a positive sporting experience
• Monitor student development and provide feedback on performance and game outcomes

We are looking for...

• A strong playing and/or coaching background in Water Polo
• Experience coaching young people in a school, club or community sport setting
• The ability to engage and motivate students of varying ages and skill levels
• Professional communication and punctuality for all sessions, games and meetings
