Temporary (7 month) - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include: 

  1. Lead and grow aquatic and recreation programs, driving participation across Learn to Swim, Schools, Recreation Programs and Crèche services. 
  2. Inspire and manage high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture that delivers exceptional customer experiences and quality programs. 
  3. Oversee budgets, planning and compliance, ensuring financial performance, regulatory adherence and continuous service improvement, as the service implements a new member management system.

About you:

We're looking for a dynamic Aquatic Programs Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. In addition to leading our successful swim school and aquatic programs, you'll help shape the future of service delivery as we implement a new customer and membership management system.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, challenging existing processes and finding smarter ways to deliver outstanding customer experiences
