Are you a passionate Volleyball Coach or player looking to take the next step in your coaching journey? We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Volleyball Coaches to join our thriving Volleyball Program from Term 1, 2027. Whether you are an experienced coach, current player, or emerging coach looking to develop your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise and make a positive impact on students.

Coaching Schedule

Summer Season (Term 1 and 4):
Training sessions: Monday and Wednesday, 3:30pm - 5:00pm

Winter Season (Term 2 and 3)
Training sessions: Tuesday and Thursday 1:30pm - 5:00pm, Wednesday and Friday 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Competition Fixtures
Matches are played on Saturday. Fixture times vary, with coaches typically required for a morning commitment of approximately 3-4 hours. Availability to coach on Saturdays is preferred

As part of the application process, you will be asked to indicate your availability, with coaching opportunities assigned based on program needs and individual availability.

What's involved...

• Deliver coaching sessions and facilitate the skill development of students
• Assist in the planning and preparation for the team for competition
• Attend all program activities including coaching meetings, training sessions and games
• Liaise with the Director of Sport - Volleyball for providing reports on student performance, game results and other issues as required

• A sound playing and/or coaching background
• Experience working with school aged students across a range of age groups and skill levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents and colleagues
• A reliable and professional approach to work, including punctuality and preparedness for all coaching sessions and meetings
