The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate clinician looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, multidisciplinary sports medicine environment.

While we're offering this as a full-time position (38 hours/week), we're genuinely open to a flexible arrangement, including part-time days/hours if this is preferred - for the right person. Sports coverage opportunities and project-based work are also available for those who are interested.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to a diverse caseload, including athletes and general clients
• Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programs
• Work collaboratively with sports physicians, allied health professionals, and coaching/strength & conditioning staff
• Support the mentoring and development of junior physiotherapists and students
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and clinical excellence of the practice
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and practice standards
• Opportunities to participate in sports team coverage (if desired) and project-based work

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 5 - 6 years clinical experience
• Strong manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation skills
• Experience working with athletes or high-performance populations highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
• A genuine passion for sports medicine and helping clients achieve their goals
• Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Current SIRA Approval/ registration (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
