  • Support the Digital and Media team with design elements for photo and video content, such as overlays, titles and thumbnails.

Print and File Management

  • Prepare print-ready and web-ready files, including correct sizing, colour modes, bleeds and export settings.
  • Organise and maintain design files, templates and asset libraries so work can be easily found and reused.

Collaboration and Workflow

  • Work from briefs provided by Club staff, asking questions early to clarify requirements, deadlines and approvals.
  • Manage multiple design requests at the same time, prioritising to meet deadlines, including game day and event turnarounds.
  • Seek and apply feedback from senior team members and internal stakeholders, completing revisions promptly.
  • Support senior designers and the wider team on larger campaigns and projects as required.

Other Duties

  • Undertake other relevant design and creative duties for the Club as reasonably required by the Senior Managers.

  • Growth in skills and independence over time, including the ability to deliver routine briefs with minimal supervision.
  • Strong working relationships across the Club, particularly with the Digital and Media, Commercial and Events teams.

Personal Specifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, colour and composition.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow a brief and adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Clear communication skills and comfort giving and receiving feedback.
  • Basic lo-fi, short form or photography skills are desirable.
