Western Aquatic Academy (WAA) Swimming Team is seeking an enthusiastic, approachable and developing Swimming Coach to join our established coaching team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in competitive swimming within a supportive, performance-focused environment. Working alongside Head Coach Paul Taylor and our experienced lead coaches, you will receive mentoring, guidance and practical coaching experience to help develop your skills and confidence.

We welcome applications from swimming teachers interested in transitioning into competitive squad coaching, former competitive swimmers looking to enter the coaching profession and developing coaches eager to take the next step in their careers.

WAA's program spans Junior Development, Fitness, State and National Age/Open Performance squads. You will initially work within squads suited to your experience and capabilities, with opportunities to broaden your experience and progressively take on greater coaching responsibility as your skills, qualifications and confidence develop.
