Are you passionate about helping adults gain confidence in the water? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Learn to Swim Instructor to join our Aquatics Team on a casual basis. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality swimming lessons designed specifically for adults of all abilities from beginners to those looking to refine their technique in accordance with AUSTSWIM industry standards.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated instructor who enjoys empowering adults to achieve their swimming goals while promoting water safety and lifelong aquatic enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, progressive, and supportive adult swimming lessons.
Create an inclusive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and skill development.
Communicate effectively with participants, understanding diverse needs, backgrounds, and learning styles.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and class organisation.
Uphold Work Health & Safety (WH&S) standards within the aquatic environment.
Work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
A positive, patient, and motivational teaching style.
