The Program Development Officer will lead the strategic development and delivery of the Beyond Sport Mentoring and Employment Program, focusing on building sustainable pathways for people with disability (PWD) and Paralympians.
The Program Officer (Candidate Support) will work directly with Para athletes and people with disability (PWD) to prepare, support, and guide them into meaningful employment with inclusive employers.
The Program Officer (Employer Partnerships) will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with inclusive employers, recruiters, and partner organisations to create meaningful job opportunities for people with disability (PWD) and Paralympians transitioning into employment.
