The role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Arncliffe Youth Centre, providing frontline leadership and supervision of staff and patrons while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of recreational services and programs. Shifts span across 7 days a week between 5am to 11pm
You will possess excellent customer service and administrative skills and experience in delivering community programs, along with an understanding of community development. You will also have experience in event or project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation with excellent organisational, written and communication skills.
