The Participation & Engagement Manager leads Hockey ACT operations, policies, and communications to optimise participation and inclusion. The role ensures high quality member services, manages staff, oversees Canberra Chill logistics, and aligns work with Hockey ACT’s strategic goals.
The Pathways Manager will create, lead, and manage development programs directed at athletes starting and progressing their hockey journey through the Canberra and ACT pathway including indoor state teams, Canberra Regional Program and U14 & U16 ACT State teams.
