Direct and oversee the overall Rowing Program at MUBC ensuring it is aligned to both the MUBC Strategic Plan, University of Melbourne sporting club requirements and the RA National Performance Pathway Program. Ensuring high levels of participation across all levels of rowing: University, Club, State, National, International and Masters.
MUBC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Coach High Performance to implement and lead the MUBC High Performance Rowing Program and provide guidance and mentoring to the coaching team.
