The Sydney Roosters are seeking a highly experienced and industry leading Membership & Fan Engagement Manager to lead this department. Membership and Fan Engagement is crucial to the growth and long term success of the Sydney Roosters. This role requires a person with commercial drive and creative thinking, combined with strong strategic planning skills. The Membership & Fan Engagement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the growth of the Club’s important Membership and ticketing programs. Crucial to the growth of Football Club Membership, ticket sales and match attendances is a thorough understanding of the processes/procedures of a membership and ticketing program. The Membership & Fan Engagement Manager will be required to provide leadership and impart skills to direct report/s in the interest of team succession planning. You will possess: - Experience of staff at Senior level
- Extensive experience managing and delivering membership, fan engagement and ticketing programs
- An ability to demonstrates Sydney Roosters values – Club First, Respect and Teamwork.
- Consistently demonstrate humility, integrity and passion in upholding the values.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Initiative and the desire to learn and build a successful career
- Be internally motivated (ability to work without constant supervision)
- Excellent at conflict resolution and solution orientated
