The Sydney Roosters are seeking an experienced CRM Coordinator to play a significant role in the growth and long term success of the Club’s commercial programs. This role requires an analytical person with incredible attention to detail. The CRM is the foundation of the Club’s commercial activities. The CRM Coordinator will be motivated/proactive in driving the growth of quality data, ultimately supporting the increase of the Club’s membership, ticketing, merchandise and sponsorship & hospitality programs. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for the Club’s data governance and IT change management solutions. Further, business reports and analysis of data for internal departments will be provided when requested. The CRM Coordinator must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and assistance. Effectively they are proactive, motivated and driven to achieve targets and deadlines.
