| Detailed Description | The Applications Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and support of all tennis delivery applications in conjunction with the IT Support Manager. The Applications Manager will work closely with Regions, Associations, clubs, and coaches to: - Work with Tennis Regions to lead the phased implementation of ClubSpark
- Deliver on-boarding, and customer support for all current and future applications
- Liaise with vendors and users to ensure products meet the needs of users
- Manage the office IT functions including LAN and cloud based server
The Applications Manager will be based in Auckland but will be required to travel to serve the entire country. The successful candidate will have an unparalleled passion for tennis, a detailed understanding of tennis applications and a project management and software support background. |
