Our Award-winning Aquatic and Fitness Centre, Waves, is seeking an energetic and experienced Aquatic Duty Supervisor to join our team. Do you have experience in supporting and mentoring lifeguards? What you will bring to the role:

  • At least 3 years’ previous experience in pool supervision, for school carnivals, swim clubs and other internal programs
  • Demonstrated experience in providing patron safety by minimising risks and ensuring conditions of entry are managed.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the compliance with NSW Public Swimming Pools and Spa Pools Guidelines
  • Experience supporting and leading lifeguards in the provision of pool supervision.
  • Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Aquatic Technical Operations
  • First Aid - CPR (HLTAID009) Certificate
