The Aquatic Academy - Seven Hills is a $6.5 million facility, located in Seven Hills. The facility operates a large Swim School and School Swimming Programs. We have also a large School swimming program and Competitive Squad program that contributes to this pool being very busy 7 days a week!
Royal Life Saving Aquatic Academy is seeking energetic and motivated Swim School Supervisors to;
Lead and manage staff
Deliver high quality swimming lesson programs as well as School swim & survive and funded programs
Communication and problem resolution with customers and key stake holders
Daily administration tasks including understanding occupany and customer retention
Particpating in staff training sessions and reporting on staff performance.
This position requires a person with a thorough knowledge and understanding of swimming programs ideally with a swimming teaching or coaching background. You will also ensure customers gain the maximum benefit and enjoyment from the services provided by communicating proactively and efficiently. The role will involve a teamwork approach in a busy dynamic working environment.
