Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key leader within Calisthenics Victoria, driving the organisation's operations and growth while strengthening calisthenics in the broader community. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the COO is responsible for delivering on the Board's Strategic Direction, ensuring efficient and effective operations that support the organisation's long term vision. This role oversees day-to-day business functions, streamlining processes and optimising resource management to achieve CaliVic's strategic goals.

The COO will also play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities to increase revenue and expand CaliVic's partnerships portfolio, securing sustainable growth and greater engagement across the calisthenics community.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a dynamic and strategic thinker to shape the future of calisthenics in Victoria.

Essential Requirements

  • Sports Management / Business Degree
  • Working With Children Check
  • Victorian Drivers Licence and access to a car for travel as required
  • Extensive experience in Sport or Business as a leader
  • Experience working with a professional Board of Directors
