Maximum Term Contract - Full Time until 30 June 2026
Salary: $76,878 pa + super + 19 day month
Location: Aquanation, Aquahub and Croydon Memorial Pool
The Member Care Coordinator will report to the Customer Experience and Business Development Manager and will oversee the Member Care team across Aquanation, Aquahub and Croydon Memorial Pool (CMP).
This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of membership functions. With a strong focus on implementation of strategic plans, the role will play an integral part in creating positive customer experiences, membership retention activities, membership across all Maroondah Leisure and Aquatic Venues.
