The Customer Experience and Sales Officer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting and selling Maroondah Leisure products and services across three Maroondah Leisure centres: Aquanation, Aquahub, and Croydon Memorial Pool.
As the first point of contact for customers, this position involves efficiently liaising with facility guests, both face-to-face and via telephone to provide accurate information, handle customer enquiries, process bookings, enrolments, and memberships. The officer will also be responsible for collecting facility usage fees, cash handling, and adhering to Council's Cash Handling Policy.
