The GIANTS’ AFL and AFL Women’s teams are based at the club’s elite training and administration facility in Sydney Olympic Park, with GIANTS Netball based adjacent at Netball Central.

Position Purpose
The Membership and Ticketing Operations role is a key member of the Consumer Team, owning the operational and systems backbone for both membership and ticketing end to end enabling us to achieve our revenue and engagement targets. This role leads all operational readiness across ticketing builds, accreditation, parking, internal ticketing allocations, and backend membership and ticketing systems.
This role is central to ensuring the GIANTS deliver accurate, reliable, and high-quality membership and ticketing operations across both the AFL and AFLW programs. The Operations role is responsible for maintaining systems and data integrity, supporting the Membership and Ticketing Team by providing accurate lists, insights, and reporting, and ensuring all ticketing and membership builds are delivered on time and to a high standard.
You will also own relationships with ticketing agents, relevant AFL departments (MSS and Ticketing), and venue ticketing teams, ensuring the GIANTS' membership and ticketing operations are coordinated, efficient, and set up to support our revenue and engagement strategies.
You will at times work autonomously, and at other times work closely across the Consumer Team to support activity such as ticketing builds, list generation, fulfilment data, group ticketing support, and match day execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination of all GIANTS membership and ticketing operations and systems, including Archtics, Salesforce, Tableau, all ticketing platforms, accreditation systems, and related operational tools.
- Coordinating the full suite of ticketing builds for GIANTS home matches across AFL and AFLW, and supporting the operational build of membership products, pricing structures, and offers.
- Managing internal ticketing allocations and issuing tickets for partners, players, staff, and other internal groups.
- Overseeing parking allocations, systems, and operational processes.
- Maintaining the GIANTS' membership and ticketing databases, including data integrity, segmentation, and the timely delivery of lists and pipelines to Membership and Ticketing and wider Consumer Team.
- Surfacing regular membership and ticketing reporting, including attendance, sales, and activity dashboards, and building out insights to support decision-making.
- Continuous improvement of data, insights, and reporting across membership and ticketing.
- Supporting ticketing communications from an operational perspective, including providing accurate data and ensuring the operational readiness of campaigns and on-sales.
- Supporting the Membership and Ticketing Team by providing the lists, data, reporting, and operational tools required for membership sales, ticketing sales, group ticketing, ticket sampling, fulfilment, and broader revenue activity.
- Operational support for the membership website where updates relate to system configuration, product structure, or technical accuracy.
- Liaising with AFL MSS, ticketing agents, and venues to ensure smooth operational delivery of all membership and ticketing systems and processes.
