Urban Rec Sydney is on the hunt for a Netball League Manager to run the show across our netball leagues. This is a full-time, entry-level management role with real responsibility, real autonomy and real fun baked in.
You don’t need a stacked sports resume. If you’ve got the right attitude, a strong work ethic and love people, sport and organised chaos, we can teach you the rest. You’ll spend your days planning, problem-solving and setting leagues up for success, then your evenings out at the courts bringing the vibes and leading the crew.
Urban Rec runs social sports across 9 cities, welcoming 6,000+ teams every year. We’re all about inclusive, fun-first sport, great communities and unforgettable weeknight experiences.

- Can think for yourself and handle issues calmly
- Aren’t afraid of feedback, conflict or tricky conversations
- Go the extra mile to make things better
- Love sport, people and a fast-paced environment
