Work as a representative of Sydney FC and our partner Associations and Clubs to manage and deliver all partnered community participation and fan engagement programs within the North Sydney (North West Sydney Football, Manly Waringah Football Association and Northern Suburbs Football Association) region for the purpose of driving participants to a greater wholistic connection to the game of football.
Reporting to the Head of Sky Blue Pathways at Sydney FC, you will plan and execute participation programs to engage active club participants, recruit and manage a range of local stakeholders and grow Sky Blue Pathway programs within the region with the aim of increasing Sydney FC’s casual fanbase and increase all participants’ overall connection to football.
This role sits between Sydney FC and our Association and Club partners to drive a daily link between game participants and the A-Leagues in the region.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working with and running local grassroots programs and events, have the ability to juggle a range of initiatives at the same time, and the capacity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and benefit for both organisations.
The ideal candidate also has an engaging personality, is flexible in working hours, dates and locations, and fast adapting in a high-paced environment.
