This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall management and growth of the Association. Reporting to the Board, you will oversee competitions, programs, facilities, staff and volunteers, ensuring the organisation operates effectively and delivers high-quality netball experiences.
You will play a key role in implementing strategic priorities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving participation, performance pathways and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Deliver all competitions, carnivals and representative programs
Lead and manage staff and support volunteer structures
Implement the Association’s Strategic Plan in partnership with the Board
Oversee financial management, budgeting and reporting
Manage sponsorships, partnerships and grant opportunities
Build strong relationships with clubs, schools and governing bodies
Oversee marketing, communications and social media presence
Ensure compliance with governance, risk and legal requirements
Manage and maintain facilities, including planning for future development
