Lauriston Girls’ School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Aquatics and Swim School Manager to join our Sport team in a 12-month parental leave position commencing July 2026.

About the role

- Full-time, fixed term (12 month) parental leave replacement
The Aquatics and Swim School Manager leads Lauriston’s aquatics programs, including curriculum-aligned swimming, Learn to Swim and Squad programs. The role ensures a safe, engaging and high-quality participant experience while overseeing program delivery, staff leadership and daily aquatic centre operations.
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will contribute to student development pathways, support the Physical Education program and play a key role in the effective operation and sustainability of the Aquatic Centre.
Capabilities and Experience:
- Experience leading aquatics or swim school programs, including Learn to Swim and Squad delivery
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. AUSTSWIM, Lifeguard accreditation, First Aid and CPR)
- Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a dynamic program environment
- Strong organisational and operational skills, including planning, scheduling and enrolment management
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to safety, customer experience and child safety
