We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Swim School Manager to take the helm of our established mobile swim school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to build real-world experience managing a business from the ground up, with genuine room to grow into the role.
About the Role
Operating from a home office base in Middle Cove, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of our mobile swim school - coordinating bookings, scheduling lessons across multiple locations, liaising with instructors and families, and helping the business run smoothly through the busy summer season.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing bookings, scheduling, and customer enquiries
Coordinating swim instructors and lesson logistics across locations
Building relationships with families and ensuring a great customer experience
Supporting the day-to-day operations and growth of the business
Handling administrative tasks including invoicing and record-keeping
Working closely with the business owner and other administrative staff to ensure the business runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible
What We’re Looking For
A recent graduate in Business, Sports Management, or a related field
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
A background in swim teaching is highly regarded but not essential
Comfortable working independently from a home-office setting
Available 30-40 hours per week through the summer season
