Purpose of the Position
An opportunity has become available to join the 'Green Machine' as our Membership Coordinator. The role will see you provide essential support to the consumer business teams, which consists of Game Day, Events, Ticketing, Community, Membership and Raiders Shop operations. Your primary role will be within the Membership team, playing a vital role in ensuring our membership program continues to grow and maximising its full potential.
Our Club hosts a number of major and minor events each season, including but not limited to 12+ home games, staff, corporate, member and fan events.
This is an incredible opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced role, in a professional environment.
Both weekday and weekend work are required, with TOIL (time off in lieu) accrued for time worked over and above normal weekly business hours.
Ideally this role will suit a tertiary graduate, or someone who has worked in membership organisation dealing with CRM systems, data analysis, sales and member servicing.
Adaptability, reliability, and exceptional organisational skills are imperative.
Qualifications/Experience/Abilities:
- Intuitive, adaptable, high attention to detail and driven to succeed
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- CRM experience
- Membership/ticketing data-based experience
Key Responsibilities
Working under the direction of the Head of Consumer Operations and Events and Head of Consumer Business and alongside the broader Consumer Business team on the delivery of CRM systems, data integration and member servicing.
Membership
- Administer and maintain Archtics and Aspect systems
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance are adhered to
- Build and execute CRM campaigns
- In conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator lead member email and builds and send schedules
- Support membership builds
- In conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator, develop and maintain the Membership website content
- Contribute to retention and engagement initiatives across membership and ticketing where appropriate
Consumer Business
- Working with the broader Consumer Business team to enhance fan engagement across Club Events, Game Days, Community programs and retail
- Work in the box office or membership marquee on game day to assist with membership enquiries and experiences
