We're looking for a Coach Education and Pathways Manager, to design and deliver the frameworks that develop Westgate coaches at every level, from first-time volunteers in domestic competition through to our elite VJBL high-performance program. This is Westgate's first dedicated coach development role, and you'll have real scope to shape it.
